L-Glutathione is a powerful antioxidant made using three amino acids - glutamate, cysteine and glycine; and which the body can produce in the liver.
L-Glutathione help fight against free radicals damage and protect body cells from premature degeneration. It also helps recycle and maximise the function of other antioxidants, such as Vitamin C and E.
