Shipping Policy.
Orders placed on LAC.hk are only available for delivery within Hong Kong. (Any order with a delivery address outside of Hong Kong will be cancelled.)

How many days are needed for my delivery?
Orders shipped to Hong Kong are typically delivered within 4–7 working days. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subjected to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible.
I would like to cancel my order.
Order(s) cannot be cancelled or rejected once they have been dispatched from our premises. Any shipping costs incurred to and fro will be borne by the customer.
What are the shipping charges?
Items are shipped from Singapore to Hong Kong via DHL Express. Shipping fees are calculated based on total shipment weight and charged in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

Customs on overseas purchase
For overseas purchases, you are expected to comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you will be receiving the goods. When you place an order, it is your responsibility to ensure that the item can be lawfully imported, and you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. In principle, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you if not specified otherwise explicitly on this Website; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As customs policies vary from country to country, please check with your local customs office on the import terms. Cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities, and we are required to state the value of the purchased item directly on the package.
