Ze Xie, also known as the roots of the Waterplantain, is a Traditional Chinese Herb (TCM) commonly used to promote healthy urinary tract and reduce bad blood lipids.
In TCM Theory, waterplantain acts as a diuretic to improve urinary and kidney health, addressing symptoms such as stranguria, dysuria, scanty and dark urine, dribbling, difficult and painful urination. Waterplantain can also help with spermatorrhea and premature ejaculation, as well as relieve fluid retention throughout the body (oedema).
Modern studies also suggest that waterplantain improve cardiovascular health by lowering blood pressure, blood cholesterol and blood fats.
