Tribulus Terrestris
Tribulus terrestris is a small, flowering plant that is native to the Mediterranean region, and has been used in TCM and Indian Ayurveda medicine for many years.
The root of this plant is believed to have aphrodisiac effects that help to enhance libido in both men and women. Studies shown that after taking the tribulus supplements for two to three months, both genders experienced increased sexual desire, arousal and satisfaction. In addition, tribulus has also been studied for other potential effects, including promoting heart health and managing blood sugar. Preliminary studies found that tribulus helps to lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels among diabetic, as well as protect against blood vessel damage.
